Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Plan and Implement new Paid Search campaigns (AdWords, Yahoo/Bing).
    Optimize campaigns in

  • accordance with predefined KPIs on an ongoing basis

  • Analyze data, identify key findings and relate these to business
    objectives

  • Report on key performance indicators and present effectively to senior
    management

  • Utilize successful bidding and effective keyword management strategies
    to hit target acquisitions

  • volume goals and efficiency metrics e.g. CPA, CPL etc

  • Actively test and analyze key words, copy and landing pages to increase
    ROI and drive incremental volume

  • Work closely with PPC Team members to streamline and optimize consumer
    experience and clients' conversion funnels.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices

Experience:

  • 3+ years PPC/SEM optimization experience for AdWords, or Bing

  • Works well independently on assigned tasks, as well as team at large

  • A self-driven, goal oriented attitude that thrives in a fast-paced
    environment

  • Proficient with MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Ability to launch and optimize campaigns under tight deadlines

  • Proactive in optimizing campaigns/bids to meet the monthly PPC targets

  • Comfortable using Excel (Pivot table and V-look up) and presenting
    performance updates to senior management

  • Strong communication skills: team player; comfortable interacting with
    senior managers

  • Proficient in AdWords and/or Yahoo/Bing

  • Detail oriented

  • Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment

  • Prior knowledge of Site Catalyst a plus

Education:

  • BA/BS degree
