WE are a family-owned electrical contracting company and have been providing top-quality service to our community for 35 years. Providing residential and commercial service work, we are seeking an electrician with a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to grow within our company.
DESCRIPTION:
  • Perform residential and commercial service and repair work
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), State of California, and local municipal building codes
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs, ensuring full code compliance
  • Test electrical systems and circuit continuity using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to verify safety and proper operation
  • Perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials, trenching, installing conduit, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
  • Take the lead in communicating with homeowners, clearly explaining findings, presenting solutions, and building trust
  • Meet sales goals through honest recommendations and strong customer communication — no high-pressure sales
  • Accurately document work performed, recommendations, and pricing using ServiceTitan
  • Willingness to learn and follow company service procedures, pricing structure, and technology
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current CA State Certification required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of residential and commercial service experience
  • Experience using ServiceTitan is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Valid CA driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a long-term growth mindset
  • Professional appearance and comfortable wearing a uniform
  • Self-motivated with a “what’s next” attitude
