Together, we're improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Proposal Associate to join our team. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities - Supports or manages all aspects of the proposal process, including proposal text, budgets, quotes, and responses to RFIs/RFPs. - Manages opportunities of low to medium complexity and supports senior colleagues on more complex opportunities. - Supports the management of assigned transactional clients. - Reviews RFIs/RFPs, identifies missing information, and follows up with stakeholders as needed. - Identifies and helps resolve issues related to client requirements and organizational capabilities. - Participates in strategic and operational calls related to assigned opportunities. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones to complete deliverables. - Prepares proposal documents in accordance with sponsor requirements and agreed strategy with minimal supervision. - Supports opportunity negotiations related to pricing, resources, timelines, and processes. - Ensures timely completion of assigned deliverables and escalates issues as appropriate. - Maintains accurate data within departmental and corporate systems. - Supports client-facing and leadership-facing activities, including meeting preparation and participation. - Develops knowledge of technical and regulatory environments. - Contributes to process improvement, client relationship initiatives, and content library updates. - Performs quality control activities and supports sales-focused client visits. - Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment to successfully perform the essential job duties. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting proposal development, RFIs, and RFPs. - Knowledge of clinical research, drug development, or healthcare services. - Experience with Salesforce, proposal automation tools, or similar proposal management systems. - Strong business writing and editing skills. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
