We are seeking a strategic Server Product Manager to join our Data Center and Network Supply team within the Business Management Group. This role offers the opportunity to drive product platform strategies and manage critical supply chain operations that directly impact Intel's global business success. You'll work at the intersection of technology innovation and business strategy, optimizing supply and demand across our data center product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product supply health and messaging guidance for assigned product lines, ensuring optimal supply-demand balance

  • Drive comprehensive product supply strategy development and execution with cross-functional teams for new product introductions, end-of-life planning, and roadmap SKU offerings

  • Determine strategic geo/customer supply allocation through weekly, monthly, and out-of-cycle planning processes

  • Establish monthly build strategies at both family and vertical market levels

  • Proactively manage supply chain operations to prevent excess inventory and optimize working capital

  • Partner with platform and component teams to execute relationship and functional analyses that enhance supply chain efficiency

  • Build, maintain, and optimize reports related to supply support and utilization tracking for critical business operations

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, sales, and product teams to align objectives and streamline processes

  • Provide comprehensive training on sales operations processes, tools, and procedures to enhance team capabilities

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, information systems, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), a related field or 3+ years of experience in lieu of the degree:

    • Business analysis, data analytics, or sales operations.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in:

    • Sales operations processes and supply-demand analysis.

    • Analytical and communication skills, with the skills to present findings and recommendations effectively to leadership.

    • Supply line management and demand forecasting processes.

    • Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and an understanding of broader technology market drivers and trends.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $97,270.00-197,980.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
