The Service Concierge role at Lucid Motors is a vital position within the service center team, directly interfacing with customers to ensure an exceptional service experience. The Service Concierge will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing appointment scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating loaner services.   • Eighteen years of age or older
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
