This position ensures guests receive outstanding service, team members perform at the highest level, and hotel standards are consistently maintained.<br><br>The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards</li><li>Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to achieve service and performance goals</li><li>Assist with guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests</li><li>Resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and efficiently</li><li>Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and hotel operating standards</li><li>Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and guest preferences</li><li>Assist with training, scheduling, and development of Front Desk team members</li><li>Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit compliance</li><li>Maintain communication with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments</li><li>Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events</li><li>Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and guest experiences to enhance satisfaction and revenue<br><br></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Minimum one year of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred</li><li>Marriott experience preferred but not required</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills</li><li>Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays<br><br></li></ul>Physical Requirements<br><br><ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment<br><br></li></ul>Why Join The Luce Hotel?<br><br>At The Luce Hotel, we believe in creating unforgettable “shine on” moments for our guests and team members.
