You will serve as the primary operational bridge between BILL and our banking partners, ensuring that our money movement and financial products run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently for the SMBs who rely on us.</p> <p data-path-to-node="8">You will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs), overseeing compliance and audit requests, troubleshooting operational incidents, and collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance teams to launch new features while maintaining the absolute health of our banking relationships.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bank Relationship Management:</strong> Serve as the primary day-to-day operational point of contact for our sponsor banks and financial partners.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operational Excellence:</strong> Monitor and manage daily operational flows (e.g., ACH, wires, virtual cards, settlements) to ensure strict SLAs are met and exception handling is seamless.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner seamlessly across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure we play by the rules while building innovative solutions for our customers.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Audits &amp; Compliance:</strong> Act as the central coordinator for bank partner audits and continuous oversight.
