Description

Are you passionate about transforming supply chains with AI? Join our Digital Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Co-op, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in AI-driven analytics, process automation, and decision intelligence advance planning systems. You’ll work on real-world projects that integrate AI into planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization—making a measurable impact on operational efficiency. This Co-op will be 6 months in duration from June-December 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with planners and IT to automate supply chain workflows using AI tools and data from Kinaxis, SAP, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
  • Support the development and deployment of AI solutions for supply/demand pegging, KPI tracking, and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze large datasets (10M+ rows) to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to predictive modeling and process automation that improve planner productivity and decision-making.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Currently enrolled in a  Master’s program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and familiarity with tools used in supply chain optimization.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and SQL
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Experience with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder (BY), Kinaxis, or SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
