<strong>About the Role: </strong><br><br>As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties. This is a remote role, however candidates must reside in the Spokane, WA market and be able to travel to client sites as needed.<br><br>This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. <br><br><strong>What You'll Do: </strong><br><br><ul><li>Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.</li><li>Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent to effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions.</li><li>Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, monitoring lease expirations, and negotiating lease renewals.</li><li>Locate and acquire new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline.</li><li>Disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sales, early lease terminations, etc.</li><li>Understand how to review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates.</li><li>Closely track transaction and project activity. Record all savings results achieved. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.</li><li>Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion; prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.</li><li>Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards. Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.</li><li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.</li></ul><br><strong>What You'll Need:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Healthcare transactions experience is a plus.</li><li>Real Estate salesperson license required.</li><li>Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.</li><li>Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.</li><li>Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.</li><li>Sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $75,000 annually or ($36.06 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $120,000 annually [or $57.70 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
