Virtual Executive Assistant job at Flourish & Focus ADHD Services. Remote. Virtual Executive Assistant Location Remote. Overview We are a small mental health practice specialized in working with women who have been diagnosed ADHD. We provide ADHD testing, individual and group counseling. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative and billing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in mental health practices, and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization. Duties As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels Managing and organizing files efficiently for easy access and retrieval Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met Demonstrating excellent phone and email etiquette while handling calls and inquiries Utilizing Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration Typing documents accurately and efficiently Operating phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing communications Utilizing DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management Assisting with event planning and coordination of logistics Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism Help implement social media tasks Experience with Simple Practice EHR, SquareSpace, payroll, and mental health billing Experience The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles Familiarity with project coordination processes Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience with Simple Practice EHR for billing and payroll Works well with others Strong typing skills with attention to detail Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines effectively Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred Event planning experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage logistics effectively Excellent proofreading skills Thrives working independently and takes initiative Flourish & Focus ADHD services has a great work culture where everyone is valued and ideas are heard.
