Jibe Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced Operations Manager for a leading fast paced logistics company. This position is full time, direct hire with high visibility.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage complex inventory and forecasting situations where demand is unpredictable or uneven
  • Oversee and lead 800 direct-to-consumer orders daily as well as Retail 1000 pallets per week
  • Lead cross communication with entire tam
  • Data, Reporting & KPI Management
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience managing or working in 3PL or large-scale warehouse/logistics operations that support major retail companies (Big box)
  • Ability to manage customer account where product demand, inventory, or shipping timelines fluctuate heavily and are hard to predict
  • High-volume shipping and receiving experience
  • Inventory control
  • KPI/productivity tracking
  • Strong knowledge using WMS systems (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills

SHIFT:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

SALARY:

$80K
