$28.85 – $31.25 per hour

Plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses based on team productivity and operational metrics.

Position Summary

ProFleet Industrial Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead Technician / Supervisor to support daily warehouse cart repair operations at our California location. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting repair technicians, monitoring productivity, maintaining safety standards, and helping ensure operational efficiency throughout the facility.

The Warehouse Lead Technician / Supervisor serves as a working leader within the operation, balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with team coordination and communication. This position works closely with company leadership and on-site representatives to maintain production goals, quality standards, and a safe working environment.

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of warehouse repair technicians in daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate workflow and repair assignments to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor repair output and communicate productivity trends and operational updates to leadership.
  • Support training and onboarding efforts for warehouse team members.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of carts and materials throughout the facility.
  • Collaborate with warehouse representatives and internal leadership to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Identify operational issues and communicate recommendations for workflow improvements.
  • Complete administrative or operational support tasks related to production tracking and team coordination as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working in warehouse operations, logistics, repair environments, or industrial settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to reliably report to scheduled shifts at the assigned work location.
  • Comfortable using basic technology and communication tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to and exceeding 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used within the warehouse environment.
Schedule
  • Full-time position.
  • Schedule is Monday through Sunday 8am-5pm May include adjusted hours based on operational needs.
  • 5 days on 2 days off, rotating schedule.
