About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, people-first Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. You'll work directly with homeowners who have recently experienced storm damage, guiding them through the insurance claims process and helping them get the roof replacement they're entitled to.

This is a phone-based, work-from-home position with a warm lead flow — no cold calling strangers. Every homeowner you speak with has already received a storm damage inspection.

What You'll Do

  • Contact homeowners who have received storm damage inspections
  • Walk them through the insurance claims filing process
  • Review pricing proposals and explain scope of work
  • Follow up consistently and close the sale
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM

What We're Looking For

  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Sales experience preferred — insurance or roofing a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Coachable, driven, and results-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
