<div><b>Summary:</b><br/><strong>The Opportunity</strong> <br/><br/> Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Central Revenue Manager to join our Central Hotel Services, Revenue team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader property team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests. <br/><br/><strong>The Role</strong> <br/><br/> The Central Revenue Manager will identify and maximize potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on gathering data and conducting analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel. Making strategic decisions, communicating effectively with the on-property hotel team, and implementing the revenue strategy are the main goals of the role. <br/><br/> <strong>This role is the daily Revenue Management of a portfolio of properties across the Americas and LATAM :</strong> <br/>• Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls <br/>• Ensure group inventory is managed <br/>• Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels ensuring parity in all distribution's channels <br/>• Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel <br/>• Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings <br/>• Prepare monthly sell strategy for 12-month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle <br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/> <strong>Experience Required:</strong> <br/>• Experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience <br/>• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data <br/>• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheet . <br/>• High school diploma <br/><br/> <strong>Experience Preferred: </strong> <br/>• Bachelor's degree <br/>• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel or related field desired <br/>• PRO, Reserve, RMT and other revenue systems are preferred . <br/><br/> The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
