The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's 3rd party delivery operations. This includes documenting customer SLA's and delivery requirements, developing account specific KPI's, influencing and partnering with the Staples delivery team to implement SOP's and drive process compliance.
