Design and implement complex IT systems and solutions to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure systems and solutions adhere to company standards and security protocols. Manage and maintain system performance and capacity to meet business needs. Test and evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on the organization. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments. Participate in project planning and execution, including budget and timeline management. Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues related to IT systems. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.
