Develop and implement new policies and procedures related to background investigations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to background investigations to ensure compliance. Train and mentor team members on proper background check procedures and best practices. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of background checks. Investigate any discrepancies or discrepancies found in background check results and provide a detailed report to HR and hiring managers.
