<div><strong>Overview</strong><br/><br/>The <strong>Manager, Project Portfolio Implementation, </strong><strong>National Events</strong> will support the implementation of organizational priorities supported by YMCA of the USA. More specifically, the Manager will serve as the national events fulfillment lead to collaborate on assigned projects to advance sponsor success within the Growth and External Engagement team that meet the needs of an overall sponsorship strategy as defined by the Y-USA leadership, SVP, and VP, in collaboration with senior management at the partner brand, to advance organizational priorities throughout all National Events.<br/><br/>The Manager, Project Portfolio Implementation, National Events lead will collaborate with other teams at Y-USA and external partners to fulfill sponsorship deliverables that align with organizational priorities and brand visibility strategies and to support engagement tied to YMCA National Events.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/><strong>Sponsorship Strategy & Revenue Support</strong><br/><ul><li>Collaborate with the VP, Strategic Brand Partnerships and VP, National Events to oversee national events sponsorship fulfillment to meet or exceed revenue goals.</li><li>Partner with assigned event owners (e.g., Director, Strategy and Quality Practices) to identify and develop sponsorship opportunities aligned with event revenue objectives.</li><li>Determine costs of sponsorship programs and components; support the sales team with pricing recommendations to achieve target profit margins.</li></ul><br/><strong>Sponsorship Fulfillment & Activation Execution</strong><br/><ul><li>Execute all duties required for successful fulfillment of national event sponsorships, including coordination across governance, national events, communications, contract coordination, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Manage, track, and coordinate event promotion and sponsorship program deliverables across select events in the YMCA portfolio.</li><li>Oversee the day to day delivery of sponsored digital and print assets, including onsite signage, activations, geofencing campaigns, targeted email campaigns, mobile app sponsorships, and other contracted deliverables.</li><li>Attend events to support fulfillment, on site operations, and sponsor engagement.</li></ul><br/><strong>Sponsor & Partner Relationship Management</strong><br/><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsors, managing ongoing client relationships and communicating timelines to ensure on time execution.</li><li>Hold primary responsibility for the day to day operational management of assigned sponsors and national event sponsors.</li><li>Coordinate and manage an extended internal and external partner support team to ensure partnership terms, expectations, and deliverables are met.</li></ul><br/><strong>Project Management & Cross Functional Coordination</strong><br/><ul><li>Develop and execute project sheets in collaboration with cross functional teams, including sales, operations, and practice leads.</li><li>Execute full project management processes, including maintaining SharePoint file systems and Microsoft Teams workspaces to house all relevant documentation.</li><li>Work closely with sales and marketing, event management, content teams, operations, and external vendors to deliver contracted sponsorship elements.</li><li>Learn and apply processes across multiple technical platforms, including Salesforce, and internal delivery systems.</li></ul><br/><strong>Financial Coordination & Reporting Support</strong><br/><ul><li>Collaborate with the finance team to establish project codes and financial tracking systems to support monitoring and reporting of sponsorship and funder expenditures.</li><li>Support national event leads with accurate financial visibility and reporting related to partnership execution.</li></ul><br/><strong>Sponsor Communications & Meeting Management</strong><br/><ul><li>Create agendas and draft talking points for sponsor meetings and calls.</li><li>Develop and distribute pre reads and supporting materials.</li><li>Draft meeting notes, highlights, and action items.</li><li>Track sponsor communications, meeting documentation, and correspondence within project management systems and Teams workspaces, in partnership with event leads.</li></ul><br/><strong>Reporting, Analytics & Performance Measurement</strong><br/><ul><li>Provide post event reports and performance analytics to sponsors and internal leadership following sponsorship deployments and events.</li></ul><br/><strong>General & Additional Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Assignments may vary based on client scope and organizational needs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><br/>A successful candidate will possess a majority of the following professional and personal attributes and competencies:<br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher required in a relevant field such as Business, or related disciplines required.</li><li>4+ years of event experience required</li><li>Advanced functional skills</li><li>Intermediate industry knowledge and experience</li><li>Entry to intermediate managerial skills</li><li>Complex/advanced functional and operations tasks</li><li>Manages a team or function</li><li>High degree of decision-making within own area</li><li>Focused on policy and strategy implementation for short-term results</li><li>Internal and external communications</li><li>High influence over teams and within the function</li><li>May set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results</li><li>Must be highly detail oriented, with problem solving and conflict management abilities.</li><li>Travel required</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Benefits</strong><br/><br/>We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, defined benefit plan (retirement savings), defined contribution plan (403(b) plan, life and disability insurances, technology stipend, and generous paid time off, all in a work from anywhere in the continental United States workplace. <br/><br/><strong>Posted Salary Range</strong><br/><br/>USD $75,000.00 - USD $89,000.00 /Yr.</div>
