Job Description Oracle Finance Consultant (OCI) Construction Industry 100% remote but need local to MI or nearby Video Interview LinkedIn with profile photo and must be created before 2020 6+ Months

  • Oracle Cloud Fusion (OCI)
  • 5 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle Finance
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Finance processes and configuration
  • Proven experience delivering at least 2+ Oracle Finance implementations (preferably end-to-end)

  • Experience with
  • Strong understanding of Finance domain concepts, including:
  • Close processes, reconciliations, controls, audit readiness
  • Need to lead implementation, have the background to lead the implementation.
  • Need to be technical and demonstrate the knowledge of functional aspect of finance.
  • Good at documentation, communicative
  • Lead Oracle Finance implementations (end-to-end) including:
  • Requirements gathering & solution design
  • Configuration and fit-gap analysis
  • Testing support (SIT/UAT), defect triage, and sign-off coordination
  • Configure and manage Oracle Finance modules, such as:
  • GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable),
FA (Fixed Assets), CM (Cash Management) / Subledger Accounting , and Intercompany
  • Period close and reporting processes
  • Develop functional specifications and documentation, including:
  • BRDs/FRDs, design documents, test scripts, training materials
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle best practices
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers/integration specialists) on:
  • Data conversion, interfaces, reports, and integrations
  • Support data migration activities and validate mapping and reconciliation logic
  • Provide client training and enablement, including workshops and knowledge transfer
  • Drive project governance and delivery quality, including:
  • Status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus (especially for reconciliation/testing support)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • CPQ would be great to have (bonus)
  • Nice to have is working with user experience/UI/customer experience SDL3 experience, forward thinking around these use cases
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials security roles, segregation of duties, and compliance controls
  • Experience with reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher / OTG)

  • Certifications such as
  • Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS Finance certifications
