They are proof of our dedication to creating a multifaceted, inclusive environment that fuels innovation and the gold standard of patient care we strive for.<br><br><strong>What will I be doing in this role:<br><br></strong>The Program Manager for Patient Communications (Epic Hello World Analyst) will oversee the technology platforms supporting all patient communication channels, including email, SMS, voice and AI bots, and monitor communication volumes, budget impact, and patient experience metrics. This role will lead the implementation of new Epic communication features across relevant Epic applications, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems and optimizing digital tools for patient outreach. The Program Analyst will also guide the ongoing management and optimization of these solutions to align with clinical and operational goals, while ensuring consistency across all digital communication tools, both within and outside of Epic.<br><br><ul><li>Developing and implementing new Epic communication features, optimizing digital tools, and driving continuous improvement in patient engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams, manage communication channels (email/SMS), monitor volumes and budget, and track patient experience metrics.</li><li>Be responsible for coordination with Epic analysts to configure communication templates, message content and timing, multichannel delivery settings, and upgrade features released by Epic.</li><li>Align organization-wide standards for communication best practices.</li><li>Ensure successful rollout, optimization, and ongoing management of AI-powered patient communication tools and digital scheduling solutions.</li><li>Perform Hello World build and testing as needed.</li><li>Approved Remote States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas*<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Experience Requirements:<br><br></strong>Five (5) plus years of Epic program analysis/management supporting patient communications, preferably working with Epic Hello World implementation.<br><br>Solid grasp in healthcare operations, patient communications, and/or AI-enabled solutions.<br><br>Understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.<br><br>Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.<br><br><strong>Educational/Certification Requirements:<br><br></strong>Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare, or related field.<br><br>Epic Certification required. (preferably in MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and/or Inpatient).<br><br>
