Responsibilities

  • Support the reputed company, Executive Committee, and other committees by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking reputed company items, maintaining schedules, and managing organizational documents
  • Coordinate communications, marketing, and branding efforts, including newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, reputed company media management, and stakeholder communications
  • Assist with planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including event setup, vendor coordination, logistics, materials procurement, and event tracking
  • Support educational and reputed company development programs, including scholarship and fellowship initiatives, reputed company partner engagement, program coordination, and job portal maintenance
  • Manage membership functions, including CRM records, reputed company, general inquiries, and stakeholder relationship support
  • Assist with financial administration by preparing expense reports, supporting invoicing and payment processes, and ensuring compliance with budget policies
