Title: Senior Growth Marketer Location: Remote - USA POS-33008 Senior Growth Marketer We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Marketer to join our HubSpot For Startups (HSFS) team. What you’ll be doing Driving qualified leads and new customers from our top startup partners Carry a monthly target of both HSFS QLs with an expectation on growing the accounts your support YoY. Creating content that resonates with startups and is promoted through our partners marketing distribution channels (organic, social, email) Designing content, campaigns, and plays that can become repetitive motions to scale our demand generation efforts globally Thinking strategically about how we distribute content through both our partner’s owned and HubSpot’s owned channels (organic, social, email) Close collaborating with business development reps in Americas who build relationships with each partner Continuously working to understand the goals, challenges, and pains of our partners and how we help them be successful We’re looking for someone who fits this description [Required] 6+ years of experience in partner and/or demand gen focused marketing [Required] Knowledge of the venture capital and/or VC-backed US startup ecosystem [Required] Experience using HubSpot Understanding of content marketing, event marketing, and/or affiliate marketing You are a talented copywriter, marketer, and overall storyteller Your decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative insights Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset Ability to persuade others on your ideas and seek buy in on your initiatives You are self motivated and goal oriented Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus! This role can work out of the HubSpot office in Boston, San Francisco or remotely in the US. Pay & Benefits The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
