What you'll do: Collect final track mixes, track lists and full credits from composers, artist managers and licensors Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies. Assist marketing team with audio and video campaign optimization using internal systems. Create and distribute audio e-cards to support marketing and promotional initiatives. Maintain and update the Milan Records website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards. Support Sony Soundtracks VEVO and Milan Records YouTube channels, including playlist management, pinned comments and Community Tab publishing. Coordinate information for international marketing communications, ensuring WW teams receive necessary assets and information. Manage the creation and distribution of retail hyperlinks across physical and digital campaigns, coordinating as needed with the marketing team. Pull and deliver user generated content (UGC) audio links for the broader marketing team Manage safelisting/allowlisting for social media platforms, including setup and troubleshooting where required. Process monetization requests to support user-generated content initiatives.
