Certified Mobile Notary Service is expanding our nationwide network and is now onboarding motivated Mobile Notary Signing Agents to provide professional, on-demand notarization and loan signing services in local communities.

This opportunity is ideal for new and experienced notaries who want flexible work, supplemental income, or a full-time mobile notary career. You work independently while receiving access to training options, onboarding support, and job connections.

Position Overview

As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you will travel to client locations to complete notarizations and loan document signings including:

  • Buyer and seller packages
  • Refinance signings
  • HELOC documents
  • General notary work
  • Legal and business documents
  • Real estate closings
  • You will serve individuals, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and businesses needing mobile notary services.
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You choose your schedule and service area.

Pay and Earning Potential

  • $75 to $200+ per appointment depending on document type, distance, and urgency
  • General notary work paid per visit
