Away From Home (AFH) is a key commercial channel for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, designed to drive incremental growth and strengthen brand engagement with customers and venues where consumers experience our brands outside of their homes. This includes restaurants, catering, hospitality, recreation, workplace environments, and vending services.

As an Away From Home Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in PepsiCo Beverages Canada's success by:

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding our presence across diverse channels

  • Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers

  • Delivering highquality service while representing iconic brands such as Pepsi, Bubly, and Gatorade

NOTE: This is a 15-month contract position.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving foodservice sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service
  • Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities
  • Prospecting and acquiring new foodservice accounts using customized proposals
  • Converting local and national business accounts ensuring marketing equipment and product placement
  • Effectively collaborating cross-functionally with local Field Sales team to ensure business objectives are met
  • Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Identifying and aligning resources required to support account execution
  • Preparing account and equipment profiles and service contracts
  • Ensuring Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred
  • Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
  • Solid presentation skills required
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
