Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Away From Home (PFC), this role will build brands and drive growth for our priority Foodservice customers while supporting the channel’s operating plan. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with Brand, Field Sales, and Customer Sales teams to establish and execute key initiatives for Frito Lay & Quaker, ensuring short-term sales growth while strengthening brand equity. A key focus will be driving culinary marketing strategies, expanding our brands from snacks to meals, and unlocking new occasions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing partnerships with key Away From Home customers to drive mutual brand growth.
  • Develop consumer-centric programs that align customer needs with brand objectives, including culinary innovation.
  • Accelerate digital ordering growth and attachment rates for Salty & Quaker brands.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding business drivers and problem-solving collaboratively.
  • Stay tied with Brand teams to integrate strategies into the Foodservice channel.
  • Manage priorities with urgency and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Commerce, Marketing preferred).
  • 4 years plus years of Brand, Customer, Insights Marketing experience.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects.
  • Excellent communicator with solid organizational and project management skills – able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to build winning relationships with internal & external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights
  • CPG Industry Marketing experience considered is an asset
