<h1><u><b>Job Description​</b></u></h1><p><b>The Opportunity:</b>  </p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Review medical record documentation of lower acuity <b>inpatients</b> to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes for billing, internal and external reporting, research, and regulatory compliance. Ability to determine first listed diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, and surgical procedures.
