They provide technical expertise for internal and external customers relating to load banks, electrical generation, and electrical distribution for power and HVAC system temporary power and testing solutions. They are responsible for the solution design and completion of project quotes, as well as the execution of project contracts from an operations perspective within the authority of the PMO. The role requires managing multiple projects of varying size inside and outside of the United States, all at different stages of the project life cycle and with different scopes of work, so organization and attention to detail is a must. The required oversight of various aspects of projects includes but is not limited to; vendors, schedules, documentation, progress monitoring, and various types of reporting to meet the needs of customers and the PMO. Additionally, they support the project staff by coordinating project logistics, equipment preparation, equipment mobilization and demobilization, and human resources. It is critical as a team leader that they are familiar with a variety of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of our industry as well as our organization as outlined by company officers. Success in the role requires relying on experience, judgment, creativity, and resourcefulness to plan and accomplish a variety of goals for both our customers and Sunbelt.<br> </p><p><u>Position Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Provide technical expertise to various stakeholders</li><li>Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings as needed with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine the scope of work</li><li>Perform jobsite visits as necessary or requested to provide successful project quoting and execution</li><li>Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes</li><li>Plan and coordinate project related operations required for successful execution</li><li>Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures as appropriate</li><li>Generate project documentation such as project plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned</li><li>Gather necessary data for accurate and timely communications to stakeholders of project progress and status</li><li>Follow and ensure others follow standard operating procedures</li><li>Provide assistance to management staff as needed</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><p><u>Education & Experience:</u></p><ul><li>At least five years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience</li><li>At least three years of electrical systems design or engineering</li><li>At least three years of project management experience (a PMP cert. is a plus).</li><li>Able to read and comprehend technical documents such as manuals, prints, plans, and schematics</li><li>Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages is a plus)</li><li>Ability to travel on an average of 50%, as well as pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screening is a must</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Base Pay Range: $85,680.00 - 117,810.00<p></p><div><p>Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
