We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce websites using WordPress, HTML, and other web tools to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns and utilize Google AdWords for targeted advertising efforts.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Manage product listings, coordinate product launches, and oversee product management activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, track campaign expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels while innovating new ways to reach target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and familiarity with HTML coding is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of product management principles is a plus.
