Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary and motivated Senior AI Process Architect to join our Global Strategy and Planning team within the Marketing function.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the lead engineer of our marketing Artificial Intelligence orchestration engine, transforming manual, fragmented processes into a resilient, autonomous ecosystem. You will act as a "Builder-Strategist" who navigates ambiguity to move our marketing function from reactive stability to predictive agility.

As a key member of the Global Strategy and Planning team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing and the broader Enterprise to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence-native marketing.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • System and Agentic Architecture: Design and implement autonomous agents that execute multi-step tasks across integrated systems, auditing the existing marketing technology stack to identify friction points and implement Artificial Intelligence workflows that reduce latency and operational costs.

  • Strategic Synchronization and Performance: Work with key stakeholders across Marketing and the Enterprise to define and track "New Standard" Key Performance Indicators, ensuring all Artificial Intelligence initiatives have clear business buy-in, adoption plans, and alignment with the broader Enterprise framework.

  • Governance and Policy Encoding: Translate brand and legal rules into codified constraints to ensure compliance with defined audit requirements, designing "privacy-by-design" workflows that respect Personally Identifiable Information boundaries and consent flags at the architectural level.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data architecture, marketing operations, revenue operations, or Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning product management, with a preference for experience collaborating within a global enterprise.

  • Strong knowledge of Agentic Engineering and Governance: Proficiency in designing multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows using process-modelling tools, orchestration frameworks, and integration platforms, alongside a proven track record of deploying Large Language Model applications within a commercial setting.

  • Proven ability in Stakeholder and Project Management: Advanced capability to secure buy-in from non-technical leaders, navigate between Marketing and Information Technology, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects to ensure timely delivery and operational stability.

  • Strategic Communications Skills: A demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and executive-level insights.

What We Offer (Benefits)
  • Location: Colombia.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.

  • Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance.

  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
