<p><span>Our Rapidly expanding e-commerce brands Sistaco & Wylera Hair seek an experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) to join our team and help take us to the next level in our expansion. This position is 100% remote. This exciting role will see you take your proven work history in this field to new heights whilst working with an innovative team.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>About the role</span></p><p><span>· Setup, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns across our brand portfolio in 5 countries, with expansion and new markets soon.</span></p><p><span>· Advertise across international markets, successfully managing multi-currency ad campaigns.</span></p><p><span>· Manage and allocate ad spend and budgets with a close eye.</span></p><p><span>· Adjust and optimise campaigns based on consumer behaviour and results, continually evolving and improving campaign performance.</span></p><p><span>· Develop and manage customer funnels, whilst integrating our omnichannel tech stack.</span></p><p><span>· Prepare reports, interpret data and offer strategic recommendations to improve performance.</span></p><p><span>· Liaise with internal creative and project team members to develop effective performance-driven assets (copy, images, videos, landing pages, etc.).</span></p><p><span>· Ensure campaigns are set up and structured correctly to enable accurate measurement of data.</span></p><p><span>· Development of processes to ensure consistency in delivery.</span></p><p><span>· Logging of changes to campaigns to ensure results can be analysed and improved.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>About You</span></p><p><span>· Highly experienced in advertising for e-commerce brands.</span></p><p><span>· Experience in managing multi-currency ad campaigns.</span></p><p><span>· Excellent attention to detail and are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.</span></p><p><span>· 3+ years in the marketing industry, leadership experience is also beneficial.</span></p><p><span>· An understanding of international markets and consumer behaviour.</span></p><p><span>· Experience working in the paid traffic space with Facebook & Instagram Ads being the major focus. Google ads, Snapchat ads, LinkedIn ads, Pinterest ads, and TikTok ad experience beneficial.</span></p><p><span>· Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns & tasks at once.</span></p><p><span>· Excellent problem-solving skills.</span></p><p><span>· Demonstrated ability in the structuring of sales funnels and their implementation in campaign design and platform set up.</span></p><p><span>· Excellent analytical skills and high levels of competency in Excel and Google Sheets.</span></p><p><span>· Proven track record working across multiple campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.</span></p><p><span>· The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to business stakeholders.</span></p><p><span>· A strong ability to work autonomously.</span></p><p><span>· Looking for an opportunity to turn this role into a career.</span></p><li><br></li>
