Our 115,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.<p style="text-align:inherit">     </p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><b>Complete software testing activities for user stories within the Agile SDLC by writing automated tests and contributing directly to automation coverage.</b> This role is almost entirely hands‑on coding.</li><li><b>Review <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">deliverables/activities</span> identified in test plans for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance.</b> Write additional automated tests as needed to ensure full coverage for every release.</li><li><b>Develop and Optimize Automation Scripts and Frameworks</b>: Design, code, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python (or another modern programming language). Work with automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Robot. Spend the majority of your day writing code and building scalable automation solutions.</li><li><b>Automation of Testing Processes</b>: Build automated frameworks for unit, integration, UI, and mobile testing. Perform exploratory testing only as needed to inform automation. Create test datasets and execute automated test suites to ensure high‑quality releases.</li><li><b>Automation Solutions Customization</b>: Adapt automation frameworks to meet regulatory and product‑specific requirements in the medical industry.</li><li><b>Maintenance and Enhancement of Automated Systems</b>: Continuously improve automation frameworks and test suites. Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual testing with automation.</li><li><b>Collaboration and Technical Leadership</b>: Work closely with developers and QA team members to integrate automation into the development lifecycle. Provide technical guidance when needed, but this is not a lead or managerial role.</li><li><b>Technical Documentation and System Documentation</b>: Produce clear, concise documentation for automated tests, frameworks, and processes.
