<p><span>As a <span style="font-weight: bold">Talent Acquisition Specialist</span>, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support Enghouse Systems' global dynamic needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with skilled professionals across various disciplines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. You will report to the Director of Global HR, who is based in Canada, and will contribute to global hiring initiatives.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li><span>Create and manage job postings on BambooHR, our applicant tracking system.</span></li> <li><span>Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to offer negotiations.</span></li> <li><span>Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct background checks and coordinate reference checks for candidates.</span></li> <li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.</span></li> <li><span>Improve key metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, candidate experience, and diversity hiring, managing 15-20 requisitions simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span>Utilize metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives.</span></li> <li><span>Manage social media and email campaigns to enhance employer brand awareness.</span></li> <li><span>Effectively use the organization’s global ATS to support future recruitment efforts.</span><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span>Requirements:</span></span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li><span>Multilingual preferred. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
